Registering rescued pets in shelters is FREE and provided by Rwandan Pet Registry.
First, you need to make sure the owner and the pet are legit, by knowing/meeting them at some point in time.
What you need to register a pet:
Scanned, filled out registration form
Photo of the pet
Copy of owner's ID
Copy of Pet Vaccine Record (optional)
Once you have the documents, you will need to upload them to UPLOAD FILES. That's all, we will take care of the rest.
Filling out the registration form can take anywhere from 5-10 minutes, depending if the owner already filled out their part or not.
Once you have all the documents ready, all you need to do is log in, go to upload files, attach the files and submit it. It should take a couple of minutes.
